Working Party Procedures:

• Irish based members should meet generally bi-monthly with on going phone and E mail contact.
  
  
• Minutes of meetings to be sent to secretariat for inclusion in status report with date, time and venue of meetings set for next meeting to facilitate members schedules.
  
  
• Position papers and proposed action plans to be sent to Council for approval.
  
  
• All communications representing the IHTA (written or otherwise) with regulators and outside agencies to be circulated to and from the secretariat
  
  
• Meeting with regulators and other agencies to be attended by two team members, one to act as main speaker and second to record minutes later to be sent to the secretariat.
  
  
• Members to liase with secretariat for assistance and backup.
