It is etched in our psyche, March 29, 2017, an historic date for our UK neighbours, and here in Ireland on that day, we were blessed with a lovely blue sky and warm sunshine. The date was also a day when invited guests and member company representatives came together for the IHTA Annual General Meeting held in Dublin. Bravo to the advocates and promoters of natural health.

Having recently received information on a seminar calling together policymakers and key stakeholders to examine the future for healthcare policy in Ireland, it was astounding to note once more the emphasis on medical care. Again and again, it seems that references to our nation’s health/healthcare by the policy makers relates to the the prevention and treatment of disease.
